We are looking for an EXPERIENCED tire and lube technician that wants to work in a positive professional environment. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time. We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama. We know what it’s like to feel underappreciated at your work place. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.

Job Responsibilities:

Dismount, mount, rotate and balance tires.
Clean hubs and wheels.
Repair tire punctures.
Install and reset TPMS.
Transport customers and parts/tires when necessary.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Empty trash and clean facilities daily.
Other duties assigned by manager.

Job Skills required for this position:

Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Has good attention to detail.
Ability to identify potential issues and bring them to managers attention.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in order to provide customers with quality service.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
