About the Role:
Join Tuffy Tire & Auto 46003 as a Master Technician, where your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles. We are looking for a passionate and skilled technician to deliver top-notch service in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including brakes, engines, and transmissions.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance their skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations clearly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and trends.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of parts as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- ASE Certification in multiple areas preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
