Responsibilities
- This position is the first team-member to connect with incoming customers, and the last to communicate with them on their way out.
- Answer phones.
- Schedule appointments.
- Cash customer out.
- Provide a high-level of customer satisfaction.
- Automotive experience is not required.
Qualifications
- Maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout the day.
- Ability to learn and implement our customer service systems
- Ability to learn computer software.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
