Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of a high-volume automotive service center
- Assist in managing technicians and service advisors
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Review inspections and help present repair recommendations
- Maintain workflow efficiency and shop productivity
- Help manage scheduling, inventory, and quality control
- Support hiring, training, and team development
Qualifications
- Automotive service or retail management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
Schedule
- Full-time, 5-day work week
- Shop hours: Monday–Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 8am - 4pm
- Employees receive one rotating weekday off plus Sunday
- Typical schedule averages 40–45 hours per week
- Closed every Sunday for work-life balance
