Job Summary
Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Centers is seeking a results-driven Multi-Store Area Manager to lead and support multiple franchised locations across Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a background in automotive retail service who thrives on coaching teams, improving operations, and driving profitability.

You’ll work directly with franchisees and store managers to elevate performance, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across all locations.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Business Manager to oversee our operations across multiple franchised locations in a multi-state region. The ideal candidate must reside or be willing to relocate to Illinois. They must possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams to achieve sales targets and improve operational processes. This role requires strategic planning, business development acumen, and the ability to help franchisees drive profitability while ensuring exceptional customer service. 

Duties

  • Consult Franchisees and managers across various locations, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals, driving revenue growth in the district.
  • Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects that support business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team performance.
  • Engage in strategic planning activities to set long-term goals for the district and ensure alignment with overall company strategy.
Experience

  • 3 or more years of proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the Automotive Repair industry.
  • Strong background in sales management with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability in process improvement and project management skills.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on profit and operational efficiency.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
